The researcher, with the help of nine trained research assistants, administered the instrument inSecondary schools in Ogun. The research questions were answered using, mean and standard deviation, while 2.5 was considered as the baseline for answering the research questions. Simple regression was employed to test the three null hypotheses at 0.05 level of significance.
